The 2023 British stop-motion animated comedy film Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget was directed by Sam Fell and had a script by Karey Kirkpatrick, John O’Farrell, and Rachel Tunnard, based on an original tale by Kirkpatrick and O’Farrell.[4] Produced by Aardman Animations, the movie was a follow-up to Chicken Run (2000). The voices of Thandiwe Newton, Nick Mohammed, Miranda Richardson, Imelda Staunton, Lynn Ferguson, Josie Sedgwick-Davies, David Bradley, Bella Ramsey, Romesh Ranganathan, and Imelda Staunton are the main characters.
On October 14, 2023, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget made its global premiere at the 67th London Film Festival. On December 15, 2023, Netflix distributed the film. Critics gave the movie favorable reviews.
