Gadar 2 (2023) 3D movies review

Anil Sharma produced and directed the 2023 Indian Hindi-language period action drama film Gadar 2 (also known as Rebellion 2; dubbed on-screen with The Katha Continues). It was scripted by Shaktimaan Talwar. Gadar: Ek Prem Katha 2 (2001) stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma in roles they previously played in the first movie. In the movie, Tara Singh travels back to Pakistan to save his son from captivity before the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War.

On August 11, 2023, Gadar 2 was released in theaters and quickly became a commercial success, generating more than 690.54 crore (US$86 million) globally against a 60 crore (US$7.5 million) production budget. It is the seventh-highest grossing Hindi movie overall and the third-highest grossing Indian movie of 2023.
