Tushar Hiranandani and Hansal Mehta are the co-directors of the 2023 Hindi-language biographical financial thriller television series Scam 2003: The Telgi Story, which is available to stream on SonyLIV. The series is based on Sanjay Singh’s book Telgi Scam: Reporter’s ki Diary and is inspired by Abdul Karim Telgi’s 2003 India Stamp Paper Counterfeiting. It is the sequel to Scam 1992 and the second film in the Scam franchise.
With Mukesh Tiwari, Sana Amin Sheikh, Bharat Jadhav, and Shaad Randhawa playing significant roles, it features Gagan Dev Riar as the lead character, Abdul Karim Telgi. It was made available via SonyLIV on September 1st, 2023.
