Avinash Arun is the writer and director of the 2022 Indian Hindi-language drama film Three of Us. Shefali Shah plays the dementia-stricken Shailaja Desai in the film. Kirkire plays her spouse, Swanand.
On November 24, 2022, Three of Us had its debut at the International Film Festival of India. It debuted on November 3, 2023, in Indian theaters, over a year later.
Shailaja, who is suffering from dementia, travels back in time to her early years and faces her horrific past. She is seeking forgiveness and liberty as she journeys down the Konkan shoreline with her spouse and her childhood sweetheart.
